We are four motivated students of the Cantonal School Hottingen, who founded our own start-up company as part of the Young Enterprise Switzerland competition. We sell handmade tagliatelle, which are produced exclusively from ingredients from the Zurich area. All our tagliatelle are made from original spelt flour and we do without any preservatives, colourings, artificial flavours and flavour enhancers. At the moment we have four flavours in our assortment: eggs, spinach, saffron and peperoncini.
We currently have four varieties in our range. Eggs, peperoncini, saffron and spinach. All our tagliatelle are produced in the canton of Zurich and consist exclusively of ingredients from the Zurich area.
Swiss original spelt flour is significantly healthier than conventional durum wheat flour. It also has a more intense, natural flavour.
